Who can apply
- Proposals must be submitted by a strategic alliance comprising one executing entity and one co-executing entity. The executing entity must have at least one research group recognized by Minciencias, and the alliance must include at least one research group classified A1, A, B or C under Call 957 of 2025 with a classification relevant to the proposed thematic line and active in GrupLAC at the call closing date.
