OSHC is not included in the base project scholarship description. International applicants must budget for OSHC unless separately funded.

Who can apply
Project-specific capabilities include critical thinking and relevant experience or interest in AI/ML, learning analytics, HCI, educational technology, programming, data analytics, experimental design, prototyping or quantitative methods as stated by the project.

Domestic and international applicants
Where honours is the basis for admission, the research thesis/project must exceed 10,000 words and equal at least 50% of course credits.
For Master of Research, a recognised relevant bachelor's with honours of at least second-class lower standard with a minimum thesis component, or a coursework master's degree with a minimum thesis component.

Qualifying degree normally awarded within 10 years before application.
Standard HDR evidence includes IELTS Academic 7.0 overall with no band below 6.5, TOEFL iBT 94 with specified sub-score minima, PTE Academic 65 with specified sub-score minima, or approved alternatives/exemptions.
Background in ICT or Computer Science is required by the project.
Where coursework master's is the basis, the thesis must exceed 10,000 words and equal at least 25% of course credits.
