Eligibility
Who can apply
Provide evidence of an academic staff member agreeing to supervise the research.
Scholarship priority is given to applicants with high distinction-level achievement, research outputs and relevant professional experience.
Do not already hold a Research Doctorate, Research Masters, or equivalent research qualification when applying for a Masters by Research stipend.
International applicants
Must be or become primarily based at an RMIT Australian campus for the scholarship.
Submit EOI by 30 August 2026 for the international central round.
RMIT Credit is 60% or higher.
Relevant four-year bachelor's degree with honours and at least a credit average in the final year, with a research component of at least 25% of a full-time academic year, or equivalent qualifications/experience accepted by RMIT.
International applicants must meet the English-language requirement for the selected RMIT research programme by the scholarship closing date.
