  • Process and analyse fresh patient samples.
  • Perform FACS or flow cytometry, cell stimulation, ELISA and PCR.
  • Develop protocols and contribute to supervision, publications and grant activities.

Qualifications and requirements

Qualifications

  • PhD required, with doctoral training in immunology, cancer biology, molecular medicine, inflammation, or a closely related field.

Requirements

  • Independent laboratory research and scientific writing experience.
  • Experience handling patient-derived material is strongly meritorious.
  • Flow cytometry, including panel design and FlowJo analysis, is required.
  • Cell stimulation, ELISA and PCR methods.
  • English required.
  • Swedish is strongly meritorious because of interaction with clinical environments and patient-related work.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with fresh patient material.
  • Swedish-language proficiency.
