Responsibilities
- Process and analyse fresh patient samples.
- Perform FACS or flow cytometry, cell stimulation, ELISA and PCR.
- Develop protocols and contribute to supervision, publications and grant activities.
Qualifications and requirements
Qualifications
- PhD required, with doctoral training in immunology, cancer biology, molecular medicine, inflammation, or a closely related field.
Requirements
- Independent laboratory research and scientific writing experience.
- Experience handling patient-derived material is strongly meritorious.
- Flow cytometry, including panel design and FlowJo analysis, is required.
- Cell stimulation, ELISA and PCR methods.
- English required.
- Swedish is strongly meritorious because of interaction with clinical environments and patient-related work.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with fresh patient material.
- Swedish-language proficiency.
