- Strong proficiency in Stata, Python, R, SAS or comparable statistical/programming tools
- Familiarity with relevant financial databases
- Fluency in spoken and written English

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a research team
- Strong organizational skills
Preferred qualifications
- Excellent quantitative and econometric skills with experience analyzing large-scale or high-frequency datasets
- AI and machine-learning skills relevant to FinTech
