- Develop spatial-integration methods for the ITEM/EES sensing initiative.
- Conduct field observations and integrate ground, airborne and satellite data.
- Publish peer-reviewed research and present at conferences.
- Contribute to teaching and supervision of MSc students.
Qualifications and requirements
Qualifications
- MSc in physics, meteorology, hydrology, physical geography or a closely related field.
Requirements
- Ability to conduct independent research and collect field data.
- Experience with quantitative satellite Earth-observation methods.
- Good command of English for doctoral research and scientific communication.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience linking distributed ground observations with airborne or satellite imagery is advantageous.
